BODY SPECIFICATION

Heavy duty one-piece RHS chassis 100x50x4mm that’s fully hot dip galvanised and powder coated
Precision CNC laser cut and pressed zinc anneal body sheets
Duragal internal structure support framing
Top timber/ladder rack with welded mesh on underside and rear roller 2400mm(L) x 1500mm(W)
Removable front draw bar load support rack
Aluminium stone protection plates and foot treads all round
Flush mount side and rear opening doors with automotive seals and gas struts
Compression locks on all doors and storage compartments
Fittings (bolts, nuts, washers, screws and pop rivets) are all stainless steel
